A change in the routines and familiarities that we have become accustomed to can be devastating . . . it often affects our entire sense of well-being. It is an emotional challenge to work through loss and grief. I will help you through the grieving and acceptance process when experiencing any of the following events . . .

  • Loss of a family member due to death-suicide.
  • Loss of a spouse or significant other due to death-suicide, separation or divorce.
  • Loss of pet - due to death, divorce or relocation.
  • Loss of career - either through job loss or retirement.
  • Loss of physical wellness or mobility - either through aging or trauma.
  • Aging and end of life issues.
  • Loss of friends or confidants - through death, moving away or conflicts.
  • Loss or change in "life-style" - often relating to financial conditions, housing, hobbies, travel, health, disasters, "empty nest" etc.
